At Da Milano, we strive to ensure your premium leather goods exceed expectations; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards intact before our courier arrives for pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, a complimentary reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours, and a tracking ID will be provided for your convenience.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
